Getting a hotel photoshoot done is not just about the library shot. Library shots show what a space is like; hero shots make people want to stay. Library work is briefable and priceable by the image. Hero work needs time to craft the lighting, create the shot and curate the story — which is where most of a photographer's value actually sits, and why it can't be benchmarked on price alone.
