The newly refurbished Esplanade Penang has quickly become my favourite hangout spot. What makes it special isn’t just the upgrades but how nature has been preserved and seamlessly integrated with the surrounding heritage architecture. In this photoessay, I capture why I believe it’s the most well-preserved part of Penang.
